Here’s the recipe (makes just over ¾ cup dressing):

1/3 cup good olive oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (see note below)
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
Sea salt and black pepper (prefer freshly ground)

Whisk together all ingredients and store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to one week. Shake before using. You would I love my your new salad dressing.
